The Morella tourism office handles requests for tourist information about the municipality, the Els Ports region, the province of Castellón, the Valencian Community and the surrounding areas such as the Maestrazgo and Matarraña regions. In addition it also acts as a municipal office that offers ticket sales, registration for different activities and tourist advice to the businessman and the local population, has merchandising sales and lost property registration. It belongs to the network of tourist offices of the Valencian Community, Red Tourist Info, and has had the Q for Spanish tourist quality since 2008, as well as the SICTED quality seal certification. Furthermore, both the office and the population of Morella in general are adhered to the Valencian Code of Ethics for Tourism.The tourist office has the badge of accessible tourism, granted by the state platform Predif and Valencian Community Tourism.

Article 17. Obligations.

The users of tourist services, without prejudice to the provisions of the sectoral regulations that are applicable, will have the following obligations:

-Respect the traditions and social and cultural practices of tourist destinations as well as their wealth and value.
-Respect the environment, historical and cultural heritage and tourist resources.
-Pay for the contracted services, either at the time the invoice is presented or at the agreed time, place and manner, without the fact of filing a claim or complaint implying, in any case, exemption from payment.
-In the case of the tourist accommodation service, respect the agreed date and time of departure from the establishment, leaving the occupied accommodation unit free.
-Observe the rules of respect, education, social coexistence, clothing and hygiene for the proper use of tourist establishments and services.
-Respect the facilities and equipment of tourist establishments and companies.
-Respect the rules of the internal regime of tourist establishments, the schedules and the rules of conduct of the places of visit and of carrying out tourist activities.

Article 18. Rights.

The rights of tourist companies and people who provide tourist services for the purposes of this law, and without prejudice to the provisions of other regulations that may affect them, are the following:

-Freely exercise their activity with respect to the laws that apply to them.
-Request aid, subsidies and incentives promoted by public administrations for the development of the sector.
-Access the promotion and training actions carried out by the tourist administration in accordance with the conditions established.
-Participate in promotion programs and be included in the tourist administration’s catalogues, directories, guides and computer systems for this purpose.
-Obtain recognition, by the competent tourist administration, of the administrative classification of the establishments owned by them, prior compliance with the legally required conditions and requirements.
-Participate, through their most representative organizations, in tourism policy actions that may affect them, in accordance with current legislation.
-Promote, through their organizations, the development and execution of public and private cooperation programs of general interest for the tourism sector.
-Go to arbitration formulas for the out-of-court resolution of your conflicts with economic consequences.
-Propose, through its associations, the carrying out of studies, investigations and publications that contribute to the improvement of the development of the tourist company in the Valencian Community.
