Vinatea

In the heart of the city, under the porches of the square, we find the Vinatea restaurant, which since 1988 has been working to offer visitors a good taste. Its chef Ángela, winner of the "Joven promesa de la Comunitat Valenciana", prepares recipes that perfectly blend product, tradition and innovation.

The dishes go beyond the conventional and the local and seasonal products are mixed with more exotic flavors, aromas and textures. In addition, with each of the dishes you can accompany it with the best wines, recommended by the sommelier Diego Alcón.
