This route follows a riverside and gallery forest with willows, poplars, resin pines, and a permanent watercourse, making it an ideal place to spot aquatic birds and riverine wildlife.

The Bergantes River, on its way to the Ebro River, is surrounded by a riverside forest dominated by large willows and poplars. This riparian ecosystem is home to nightingales and golden orioles, while kingfishers hunt in its waters, and the rare white-throated dipper can also be found. It is also a habitat for wagtails, spotted flycatchers, common sandpipers, grey herons, and black kites. Additionally, signs and traces of otters can often be found along the riverbanks. Besides the stunning natural surroundings of this area, next to Fábrica Giner there is a municipal swimming pool open in summer, as well as the facilities of the SaltaPins adventure sports center.
